No 1 feed in many working sleddog kennels in Europe. By reducing the amount of food given Arktis is also suitable for active household dogs.
The food is ready to be served, but can also be mixed with lukewarm water if your dog prefers soft kibbles.

This balanced food is made of well digestible raw material which is also of high biological value. That combination supports dog’s ability to perform.
Arktis contains the right amount of fat and protein for an active dog. 56% of the energy comes from fat.
While doing the research and creating this feed the company kept in mind that working dogs need a lot of energy, but should get it from small amounts.
Omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids are in optimal balance. This balance forestalls dry skin problems and contributes to getting a beautiful shiny coat.
The added lecithin, C-vitamin and brewer’s yeast support the immune system and prevent stress. Brewer’s yeast is also good for worms prophylaxis.
The added beet pulp produces butyrate, short chain fatty acid (SCFA), which is a source of enterocytes. Enterocytes support the health of intestines and the effect can be seen in the dog’s excrement.
The balanced feed does not contain artificial flavours, aromas nor colour ingredients. There are no genetically modified substances and the feed is free of soy.
Preservation
The feed does not have any artificial preservatives in it. Skyttens’s feeds are in 15-20 kg packages in order to keep the price reasonable and provide superb quality.
One package instead of 3-4 is also more eco-friendly. Keep the feed in a dry and cool place. We recommend using the pet food storage container in order to preserv the natural aroma and freshness.
If that is not possible then securely close the package after every meal, Avoid large changes of temperatuure.
